Guanglun's New Hubei Plant for High-Performance Nylon Officially Launches Production
Ref：German（Barmag）machines are doing first trial production
In the field of high-end textile materials, Honglun New Materials has taken another solid step forward. Through years of independent research and development and technological accumulation, we have successfully launched a new generation of high-performance nylon filament products. This series not only surpasses traditional fibers in physical and mechanical properties but also achieves a perfect balance between lightweight design and durability, aiming to provide global textile partners with more competitive material solutions.
The Phase I plant covers an area of approximately 140,000 square meters (over 140 mu). It is equipped with 76 state-of-the-art German Barmag texturing machines (totaling 384 spindles) paired with 388 spinning positions. The facility has now entered the installation and trial production stage.
